THE PARENTS OF MODERN ARCHITECTURE.

Le Corbusier, Frank Lloyd Wright and Mies van der Rohe are known as the Fathers of Modern Architecture. Before them, the architects had been artists or engineers often anonymous and sometimes recognized as during the Renaissance. However, it was not until the arrival of these three masters when the architecture and especially the architects began to achieve fame.

Le Corbusier

Architecture is the learned game, correct and magnificent play of volumes under the light.

Frank Lloyd Wright

Becomes the interior space of the building in reality.

Mies van der Rohe

Less is more

It is together with Mies van der Rohe and Frank Lloyd Wright one of the parents of modern architecture. Le Corbusier was a French architect born in Switzerland who belonged to the first generation of the so-called International School of Architecture. Its architecture is very groundbreaking and mathematical, always in search of standardization and the creation of concrete geometric figures.

Without a doubt, Frank Lloyd Wright is one of the three masters or parents of modern architecture together with Le Corbusier and Mies van der Rohe. He developed an organic and distinctively American style in the search for the union between buildings and nature.

Mies was a German architect who belonged to the first generation of the so-called International School of Architecture. Its architecture is based on rectilinear forms and simple and elegant construction.
